Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
After a long day of safari, our restful sleep was hindered by loud music from the restaurant nearby. Clean accommodations and friendly staff made our short stay enjoyable, but soundproofing would enhance the experience. Future guests, request rooms away from the restaurant for a quieter night.

No air conditioning in rooms!!! Shower curtains showing age and need replacement!!! Toilet cistern malfunctioning bothersome!!! TV channels limited instead of smart features!!! Minor stains on bedlinen!!! These small issues could easily be addressed!!!

great central spot for city exploration and park visits
I loved that I could easily walk to the nearby Sarit Centre for shopping and enjoy a relaxing stroll to Uhuru Park, which is just a short distance away, making my weekend city exploration so much more enjoyable. plus, the staff were incredibly friendly and supportive.

The dining scene near Joy Palace is on fire! You’ve got Rozina Restaurant just a stone's throw away for some spicy dishes, and the breakfast served in-room was a lifesaver for my early safari adventures. Plus, the staff were super polite and helpful!

The showers in the bathroom had a tendency to spray water outside the wash area, creating a somewhat messy floor without a drain. Noise from loud music reverberated through the room at night, which could be quite disturbing, even with earplugs. Additionally, there was no fan, leading to a damp feeling in the room, and the laundry services turned out to be costly due to the lack of a drying rack as advertised.

my stay at joy palace was delightful. the staff were incredibly polite and offered great help with my luggage. the standard single room was clean, organized, and had a comfortable bed. i loved the bright sitting area, which made it easy to get some work done. also, the pool was a fun feature to enjoy!

Recommend for a brief pit stop
Comfortable bed, friendly staff, the room with a desk and a well-equipped bathroom made my stay very pleasant, along with the free Wi-Fi to stay connected and the bar/lounge area perfect for unwinding after exploring the city, all located conveniently just 6 km away from the nearest airport.
